Cascade Brewing: Autumn IPA

what a great example of an IPA.  and wtf “oh ree gone” why are your beers soooooo good?! got a growler of this from bottleworks after a few tastes of what they had on tap.  really really floral upfront, which i like, and then the sweetness comes in to mellow the bitterness.  and man, what a color! such a deep and rich dark amber, i wish my photo did it justice. maybe imagine the color of katharine hepburn’s hair lit by candle light, while she’s high as a kite on opium turning circles in her bedroom.
