Great Divide  Brewing Co: Hercules Double IPA

Grade: B

the finger is for tumblr, btw… its being a dick today.

there seems two be two main types of double IPAs: the malty and piney.  this one falls in the malty camp.. not my fav flavor profile, but i know some ppl out there like the maltier IPAs.  the malts over power the hoppy bitterness i love at time, so… im having some really spicy salsa to make the sweetness worth it.

Tasting Notes: hard to discern anymore after the five alarm salsa (SORRY, FOR FUCKS SAKE)
